State Testing Begins April 30

Columbia will begin it's state testing period for this year beginning on April 30, and ending on May 17.

The Face of Columbia Is Changing

Why the Change?  Columbia’s goal is to become a school of choice, valued by the community as a place where students can excel and reach for a higher standard of education. 

The CMS International Science, Math and Technology Magnet Program coursework includes computer technology, web design, video production, journalism, NASA/GAVRT international projects, introduction to engineering, robotics and AVID.

The CMS Color Guard was recently featured in the Victor Valley Daily Press for their win at the Adelanto Christmas Parade.

Victorious Vipers

CG.JPGOn Saturday, February 11th, the Columbia After School Color Guard competed at their very first Winter Guard competition.  The event was run by Sharp International and held at Arroyo High School in El Monte.  The team competed against a much larger guard, yet still prevailed and took first place!  They still have four more competitions this season and are working hard to keep their fist place status.  Congrats Vipers!
